At Goldenwarm, our guarantee is simple: We want every one of our customers to be completely satisfied. So we always strive to do the right thing. If you are unhappy with your Goldenwarm purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund, credit, or exchange. Our hassle-free customer care department promises to always treat you with honesty and fairness.

Please note that there are some items for which we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective:

2) Clearance items
3) Gift cards
4) Violent installation of damaged products
5) Bundled items at discounted rates

Refunds & Exchanges

When you purchase something from Goldenwarm, you agree to our policy about returns, exchanges and refunds as outlined below. Our goal in sales is to help you get the right product the first time, but if something doesn't turn out the way you wanted, we will be here for you to make sure you get your money back or the right product that fits your needs.

We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx as your shipping provider for returns.

Step #2: Refund, or Exchange

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home.

If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days subject to conditions below.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the plastic bag unopened.

Definition of new unaltered and unused condition is:

Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
Product must be in original resalable packaging.
If an item has been installed, it is no longer new even if it was only installed for a short time.

To lodge a return please email with your request. We will then email you a return form with all the information you need.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days of us receiving it.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
